But sometimes, things go wrong.  Here's how we can make it right:

Ruthie Murray Studio Jewelry is made with care and attention to detail.  If you feel you have received a defective item, please contact me at info[at]ruthiemurray.com and I will be happy to help.  Jewelry repairs due to wear and tear are most efficiently and economically handled by your local jewelry repair shop.

Should you need to make a return, I will provide a refund for items sent back to the studio within fourteen days - please email me at info[at]ruthiemurray.com for the appropriate shipping address. Buyer pays for return shipping.  For items received at the studio between fourteen and sixty days, I will issue a credit toward a future purchase.  After sixty days, sales are final.  All returned items must be in salable condition in original packaging.  If you have special circumstances, please contact me, and I will do everything I can to help resolve your issue.
